I’ve been trying to write this review for months because putting my experience into a few sentences just didn’t seem possible. So, here goes the longest review in America.

My experience at Kinezio has genuinely been life-changing.

I first started seeing Alex to help reset my nervous system. He is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and has an amazing ability to look beyond symptoms to find the root cause of what’s going on.

After working with him, he suggested I see Lana for Bio Meridian Therapy to help with my adenomyosis (similar to endometriosis). At that point, I had already met with my gynecologist and was discussing surgery because there really isn’t a standard treatment for adenomyosis beyond managing symptoms, with a hysterectomy often being the definitive option. I had also scheduled an appointment with a specialist for a second opinion, but it was months away.

In the meantime I started seeing Lana simply hoping for some pain relief. I honestly had zero expectations beyond that.

From the very first appointment, Lana treated my healing like it mattered to her personally. She celebrated every bit of progress with me, checked in on how I was doing during every session and gave recommendations of what to do at home between sessions. She genuinely believed I could get better long before I did.

After several sessions, my pain completely disappeared.

By the time my appointment with the specialist finally came, my follow-up ultrasound showed no signs of adenomyosis. Everything looked completely normal.

Like whaaaattt????? I was in shock for days… and honestly, I still am.

I can’t explain what happened. I don’t know what kind of Russian magic Lana worked on me, and I can’t promise anyone else would have the exact same experience. What I can say is that it changed my life, and I’m forever grateful that Alex brought her on and sent me to her.

Going to Kinezio for me is like a warm hug, it isn’t just the treatments—it’s the people. They genuinely care about helping others. You can feel it the moment you walk in. The front desk staff is welcoming, the environment is calming, they have tea and water while you wait, supplements to purchase but none of that is why I keep going back.

Honestly, I’d go see them if they were practicing out of a back alley.

They’re simply exceptional humans doing exceptional work, and I can’t recommend Kinezio highly enough.

Exactly what this body needed. So grateful for Alek’s knowledge, professionalism and gifted technique. I’ve been searching for a therapist since moving to the Tampa area. This experience was beyond expectation. As a bodybuilder, it’s an important part of my recovery. I’m glad I now have a therapist who understands my sport and how to help me improve and recover. I highly recommend this service!
