During the initial session, I will identify which meridians in your body are struggling and the underlying causes affecting your optimal health. We'll explore the root of your symptoms, such as emotional blocks (e.g., anxiety, stress, insomnia), muscle weakness, and imbalances in the jaw (TMJ).
🤸♀️ We will identify any trapped emotions, where they reside in your body, and how those imbalances are impacting your life.
I will help pinpoint when and what caused the emotional imbalance, then release the emotions using different modalities tailored to your needs.
Kinesiology can assist with a range of issues, including muscle pain. As a sports massage therapist with expertise in kinesiology, I can help relax any muscle group, loosen contracted muscles, and soothe an overworked body.
